I am so proud and inspired by the fantastic commitment and results our first ever Body Beyond Baby Find Your Summer Body - 8 Week Challenge mums have achieved. From a group of 34 mums that completed the challenge:
Total 119kg of body weight GONE
Highest total body weight loss: 10.9kg
Total 229cm from around the middle GONE
Biggest cm loss from around the middle: 17.2cm
Total 252mm abdominal fat GONE
Biggest abdominal mm loss: 21.5mm
