Soggy Sydney do-at-home session

Wow - could it rain anymore?  I am guessing that many of you haven't ventured outside for any exercise in a couple of days - unless you are coming along to your BBB sessions of course (we now have our bubs warms and dry inside the pavilion and have a great undercover space for ourselves, mums, to train in - no wet weather cancellations for us...yay!)  We did a great session this morning and I thought I would share it with you as it can be done very easily in a confined space and my job is to remove the barriers around you that you 'think' prevent you from exercising (rain and crap weather included) here goes:

On the minute every minute for 5 minutes perform:

5 Squats (with elastic)
5 Push ups
5 Burpees

After the finial minute we perfomed either a shuttle run (x3) OR 20 step ups on each leg.  If you have stairs at home you could run stairs do step ups on a small step or even miss this part if you are performing this routine in your lounge room.... you will still get a great workout either way.

On the minute every minute for 5 minutes perform:
5 Lunges (each leg)
5 Triceps dips
5 Mountain climbers (each leg)

Cardio element if you are doing it

On the minute every minute for 5 minutes perform:
5 Sumo Squats
5 Squat Rows
5 Burpees

That's you done and dusted in under 20 minutes..... if you have longer you can always repeat the above sets or even throw in some exercises of you own using the same principle.... enjoy!
