Well done!<br /><br />I have just set mew goals as I gave birth to my 11th baby 5 weeks ago and I'm feeling ready to push my limits a little now. I have been doing small bits of exercise and stretches and pelvic floor exercises up until now. <br /><br />I am keen to break my pattern of putting on weight after having a baby.
